Spamming is not tolerated at ATS. Sending unsolicited email - whether "mass" or targeted is not allowed. Similarly, you may not "spam" or flood Usenet news with a single cross-post or many individual posts to multiple newsgroups not related to the topic of your article, or in violation of a groups charter or common use. Also, you may not use ATS as a 'drop off' address for replies to spam mail or spam posts sent from other networks. Subscriber accounts allow a maximum of 25
recipients per email message per day or 15 different Usenet's or newsgroups per day.

SUBSCRIBER SHALL PAY A CHARGE OF $5.00 PER EXTRA EMAIL AND $100 PER EXTRA USENET OR NEWSGROUPS TRANSMISSION. IF WE RECEIVE COMPLAINTS OF UNSOLICITED SPAMMING, YOUR SERVICE WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AND YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL CIVIL ACTION IF YOUR ACTIONS HAVE CAUSED INCREASED EXPENSES OR LOSS OF SUBSCRIBERS.

External spamming of our subscribers

Our subscriber's are considered to be entitled to freedom from harassment. Therefore anyone doing unsolicited spamming of our customers shall be subject to a charge of $5.00 per unsolicited email to our customers.
